Using the same successful design as the original PCW5000, the PCW5000-HS is built with a gearbox optimized for speed and comes with the 85 mm capstan drum as standard. So, at 118 feet per minute, it pulls a load three times faster than its predecessor, making it perfectly suited for pulling smaller loads over a long distances.

8 years after the launch of the regular PCW5000, the reliability of the engine and gearbox combination was not to prove anymore. This high-speed version of the winch was then easy to design and put to the service of utility companies.

Work smart with the capstan drums

The winch's capstan drum concept allows users to pull loads over an unlimited length of rope, without loss of power, in a simple, effective and safe way.
